Uni2asc (Unicode to ASCII Converter)
Uni2asc is intended to convert 16-bit Unicode texts to ASCII
Usage: Uni2asc input_file output_file [option]
Option: 'cp1257' (Baltic)
Default: Uni2asc converts according to the Unicode second byte:
1 - converts to Latin2 - cp1250 and Viet Nam - cp1258
3 - converts to Greek - cp1253 and Viet Nam - cp1258
4 - converts to Cyrillic - cp1251
5 - converts to Hebrew - cp1255 and Armenian - armscii-8
6 - converts to Arabic - cp1256
