implemented a large number of custom software packages (analogy of

PDP-11/40 and

IBM PC) for use in renovation projects.

1993-present Director, "INCO Business, Ltd", St. Petersburg. INCO is a small privately held corporation of which I am 60% owner. It is a scanning and OCR wide format graphics information service company.

1993-present Director, "GREATER", St. Petersburg. GREATER is a small privately held corporation of which I am 60% owner and is a member of GIS-Association (Russia). Under my leadership we developed a Video Digitizer for AutoCAD R10,R11,R12,R13 (DOS) and special-OCR-software for these applications. I designed an innovative raster format TSH, hardware and software for A0 scanners (hybrid of handle scanners and plain-table plotters).

1983-1986 Vice-Head of Computer Department,"GIPRODREV" Institute, St. Petersburg.

Introduced and designed software applications for the timber industry (analogy of IBM-360 and PDP-11/40).

1980-1983 Agent, State Insurance Inspection of Kalinin District, St. Petersburg.

During this time I was unable to work in my speciality area as political punishment for having requested permission to leave USSR.

1975-1980 Head of Algorithm Presentation and Programming Department, Leningrad Department of All Union Association "Selhoztechnika", St. Petersburg.

Under my leadership we designed an inventory management system based on mathematical models. The system handled an inventory of 70,000 categories of parts and introduced displays working on fifteen storehouses. The system was designed from researching to programming on _COBOL_, MACRO and assembler Minsk-32 and ES EVM (IBM-360). Introduction OOP. The system was used for the control of stock of spare parts and other inventory for the entire St. Petersburg region.

I designed and implemented a factory control system for Kotlas's Pulp and Paper Enterprise. My work scope ranged from the setting of tasks to the writing of software on COBOL, MACRO and assembler Minsk-32. Introduction of OOP. This was a complete production software system.

1970-1971 Programmer, System Analyst in the Computer Center of the All-Union Television Scientific Research Institute. My responsibility was to model the electronic processes, Minsk-22 Assm. I had a second responsibility in Main Geophysical Observatory which was to design mathematics models of quick run air and water processes (BESM-6,M-220).
