Dear Colleague and Friends
July,19.2006 It was a very sad and sorrowful day not only for the family and Holon Institute of Technology (H.I.T) but also for many physicists all over the world who new Israel Vagner and his works in physics. We have lost a physicist, leader in his field with a world wide reputation and above all a very sensitive and highly honored person.
